Throughout my career, people naturally found their way to me during moments of transition, uncertainty, and growth. Whether navigating personal crossroads, leadership challenges, or career pivots, the work of listening, clarifying, and helping people move forward has always come organically.

In parallel, my professional career consistently placed me at the center of manager and leader development, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Designing, shaping, and rolling out development and effectiveness programs wasn’t just part of the role — it was the work I gravitated toward and where I did my best work. Helping leaders strengthen capability, confidence, and impact remains a core strength, grounded in both experience and intention. It remains one of my strongest capabilities.

With an MBA concentration in Management and nearly two decades of experience supporting managers and leaders across complex, matrixed environments, my coaching approach blends structure with intuition, and strategy with humanity. It is both structured and human-centered — designed to support forward movement with purpose, whether the journey is personal, professional, or both.
