• Programs: Cancel 7+ days before start for 50% refund or credit; no refunds once started.

• Workshops & Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Balances are refundable up to 15+ days before the event. If Purely Essence cancels, you’ll receive a full refund or transfer credit.
