Digital products: All sales are final.

Books: Returns accepted unopened within 14 days (excluding shipping).

1:1 Coaching: Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice or forfeit the session fee.

Group Sessions: Cancel small groups (up to 5) with 48 hours’ notice, larger groups (6+) with 72 hours’ notice—otherwise, fees are forfeited.

Programs: Cancel 7+ days before start for 50% refund or credit; no refunds once started.

Workshops & Retreats: Deposits non-refundable; balance refundable up to 15+ days before event. Full refund or transfer if Purely Essence cancels.
